1. Who are we? 
Life At Maidenhead Church is the Data Controller. We are a registered Charity No. 1168245 and our postal address is 10 York Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1SF.

2. How will we use the information about you? 
We collect information about you (known as ‘retained data’) to:

1. respond if you contact us

2. welcome you by name, if you consent, when joining our Sunday services live

We do not retain any sensitive information nor record any information other than in cases of safeguarding issues when information is recorded in our Safeguarding Register and passed to: Royal Borough of Maidenhead MASH (multi-agency support HUB)

3. What information do we hold about you? 
We collect information about you when you opt to be informed about us and our events. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete bookings or surveys and provide feedback to us.

All retained data is proportionate and necessary to enable the Life@Maidenhead Church to meet its aims and objects and consists of:
a) Data used for provision of mailings of news and invitations, including some or all of the following: name, address, phone number, email address.

4. How is Information stored? 
All personal data is processed and stored securely. It is retained for no longer than is necessary considering the reason for which it was first collected.

5. Marketing 
We would like to send you information about Life@Maidenhead Church, including invitations to our events. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you and if you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact us at the address in section 10.

6. Access to your information, use and correction 
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at the address in section 10. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

If you have any cause for complaint about our use of your personal data, please contact us using the details provided in section 10 and we will do our best to solve the problem for you. If we are unable to help, you also have the right to complain to the UK’s supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
